For bookings, quotes and session questions, use contact or call during office hours. We aim to reply to written messages within 2 business days.

2. Trade register and tax

Morceauxnode B.V. is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 63085050. Our VAT identification number is NL865589860B01. Stated share capital is €100.

Invoices show amounts including VAT at 21% unless the quote states otherwise for exempt or intra-EU supplies. Indicative rates for recording, mixing, mastering and podcast work are on services and on each service page, for example vocal recording and mixing.

3. Activity and location

Morceauxnode is a recording studio in Amsterdam (Oud-West), active since 2019. We have 3 rooms, including a live room of about 42 m² and 1 vocal booth. Directions: Trams 1 and 7 stop at Overtoom; from that stop it is about a 2-minute walk to number 301. From Amsterdam Centraal, tram 1 towards Osdorp takes roughly 15 minutes. By bike from Leidseplein it is about 6 minutes via Overtoom..

4. Website, domain and hosting

The site is available at morceauxnode.click (https://morceauxnode.click). Technical hosting is provided by TransIP B.V., Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands. TransIP B.V. processes limited server logs for that service; see the privacy policy for processors and retention.

Copy and images on this site describe our studio and services. They are not a binding offer; a contract is formed only after a written quote and confirmation as set out in article 3 of the terms and conditions.

5. Contact form (FormSubmit)

The form on contact is handled technically by FormSubmit (FormSubmit LLC, United States). When you submit it, the data you enter (name, email, phone, chosen service, preferred date and message) is sent to FormSubmit and then delivered to [email protected]. That transfer may involve personal data outside the European Economic Area.

We use contractual safeguards with FormSubmit consistent with GDPR Article 46 (standard contractual clauses or equivalent). Processing is limited to handling your request. Further detail is in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement for business clients who supply third-party data.

6. Cookies and consent

We use cookies as described in our cookie policy. Functional cookies support language choice and storing your cookie preference (key mrcx_consent_v1, up to 182 days). Analytics or marketing cookies are placed only after consent via the banner; you can change your choice later through .

7. Copyright and branding

Text, photos, logos and layout on this website are protected. You may not copy, publish or reuse substantial parts without prior written permission from Morceauxnode B.V., except where law allows (for example short quotations with attribution).

Music, recordings and mixes made in the studio are governed by article 12 of the terms and conditions and, where relevant, our guide rights after a vocal session.

8. Liability and external links

We maintain the site with care but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or error-free at all times. Limits and exclusions are set out in our disclaimer. Dutch law applies; consumers keep mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Links to external sites (for example maps or legislation) are provided for convenience. Morceauxnode B.V. is not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

9. Accessibility

We work towards a digitally accessible site under European accessibility rules. The current status and contact for reports are in our accessibility statement.

10. Contracts and complaints

Studio services are subject to our terms and conditions, including deposit (30%), free cancellation (7 days ahead), revision rounds (2 for mix) and archiving (24 months).

Complaints about a session or delivery should be sent in writing via [email protected] or post to our studio address. We respond within a reasonable time and seek an amicable solution. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) for cross-border disputes; we do not automatically participate in a sector arbitration board unless separately agreed.

11. Updates

We may update this legal notice when company details, law or our services change. The date at the top shows the last revision (14 October 2026). Material changes to terms are communicated to clients with an upcoming booking by email or on arrival at the studio.
