This disclaimer explains how to read content on morceauxnode.click. Morceauxnode B.V. (Morceauxnode), Overtoom 301, Amsterdam, publishes the site to describe our recording studio, services and practical information. Nothing here overrides a signed quote or the terms and conditions that apply to studio services.
2. Not legal or tax advice
Articles such as rights after a vocal session or band recording budget guide offer practical context for artists and producers. They are not tailored legal, tax or contract advice. For rights splits, label deals or complex samples, consult your own adviser.
3. Prices, availability and specs
Rates on services — for example €280 for a podcast session up to two hours raw or €720 for an EP mix — are indicative and include VAT at 21% unless stated otherwise. Room, engineer and gear availability depends on the calendar when you book.
Room specs (42 m² live room, 26 microphones, 32 inputs) reflect our setup as of 14 October 2026 and may change after maintenance or upgrades. Photos are atmospheric; exact setups per session may differ.
4. No guarantee of commercial success
Recording, mixing and mastering are creative and technical services. We work to agreed specs and professional standards but do not guarantee playlist placement, chart positions, sync deals or revenue. Samples or references clients share voluntarily are individual experiences, not a promise for future projects.
5. External links and platforms
Links to external sites (maps, legislation, streaming platforms, the ODR platform) are for convenience. Morceauxnode B.V. does not continuously review those sites and is not liable for their content, availability or privacy. Use of Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube or other platforms is subject to their terms.
6. Liability for use of the site
Where law allows, our liability for damage arising from use of this website is limited to direct loss caused by intent or wilful recklessness of Morceauxnode B.V.. We are not liable for indirect loss, data loss on your device or reliance on outdated pages.
Consumers always keep mandatory statutory rights. Damage during studio sessions is governed by article 11 of the terms and conditions.
7. Site intellectual property
Text, photos and design on morceauxnode.click are protected. Use beyond personal, non-commercial reading requires our permission except where a limited exception applies. The name Morceauxnode and related logos must not imply a partnership without written agreement.
