After written acceptance of the quote (email is enough) and receipt of the 30 % deposit. Without both, the slot stays open for others.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card payment in the studio when the terminal is available. IBAN and reference appear on quote and invoice.

Consumers usually pay at the end of the session or when offline mix/master is delivered. Business clients within 14 days of invoice unless the quote says otherwise.

They are indicative. Examples: €325 half-day vocals, €920 full band day. Your tailored quote wins if duration or extras differ.

For a three- to four-minute lead, allow two to four hours including warm-up and comping. More tracks or tight harmonies need more time — a half day is often safer than a tight hour block.

One or two guests in control is normal. For larger groups, agree upfront so focus and safety in the live room stay manageable.

Your booked time starts on schedule. Lateness shortens the session without discount unless the engineer agrees in writing to shift time and the next slot allows it.

Only if you ask and the following slot is free. Extra time is billed at the service hourly rate, e.g. €125 for band.

Independent booking from age 18. Younger performers are welcome with an adult who stays present and handles payment and conduct.

24-bit WAV via secure download by default, at project sample rate unless agreed otherwise. Podcast raw can also be exported to an agreed platform format.

Up to 24 months after the last activity on the job. We then delete archive copies. Keeping your own backups remains your responsibility.

Once complete, usable stems or stereo mixes are received and checked. See file formats for mixing for naming and sample rate.

Mix: 2 bundled revision rounds in the standard price. Mastering: one revision round included with mastering. Extra rounds are quoted separately.

Depends on the quote. Raw multitrack export can be added; final masters are released after full payment.

After full payment the studio does not co-own your masters. You remain responsible for rights in music, samples and lyrics you supply. More context: rights after a vocal session.

No. We do not use client recordings to train AI systems and we do not clone voices without separate written consent.

Only with your written approval for name, logo or audio excerpts. Without approval sessions stay internal.

Participants should know they are being recorded. Business clients supplying guest data may need our data processing agreement. See privacy policy.

Distance contracts generally allow 14 days to withdraw. If you ask the session to start earlier with explicit consent, you pay a fair share for work already done if you withdraw. See article 7.

Yes, until 7 days before the session. Inside that window the deposit is retained unless we resell the slot. Same-day no-show: full session price minus deposit already paid.

Monday–Friday 09:30–18:30, Saturday by appointment. Closed on Sunday. Sessions outside office hours are sometimes possible on request and appear on the quote.

Trams 1 and 7 stop at Overtoom; from that stop it is about a 2-minute walk to number 301. From Amsterdam Centraal, tram 1 towards Osdorp takes roughly 15 minutes. By bike from Leidseplein it is about 6 minutes via Overtoom. Address: Overtoom 301, 1054 GL Amsterdam. Parking: 2 on-site spots when available.
